This Champagne is especially designed for dessert pastries or foie gras. It is softer and rather sweeter than the other wines. This delicate blend offers aromas of exotic fruits and a delicate mellowness.
We advise you to serve this Champagne with exotic fruits mousse, or almonds cakes or why not with a high-rate first course such as a duck’s liver (Foie Gras)
