This parcel-based cuvée, dressed in a luxurious case, is the champagne of gastronomy par excellence. It was the testing ground for sustainable viticulture, pushed to its paroxysm with the work of the soil by horse.
Blending : 100 % Chardonnay d’Oger Grand Cru
Vintage : Harvest 2014
Fermentation : Stainless steel tank, Malo-Lactic fementation
Dosage : Brut Nature (3 g/L of sugar)
Dégorgement : Disgorged in le 04/11/2019
Tirage : 1 440 bouteilles tirées le 03/27/2015
Sight : Yellow gold colour, with very fine and lively bubbles.
Nose : The wine reveals a great complexity of aromas of ripe white fruits.
Palate : The first sensation is intense and generous. The white fruits found on the nose are echoed on the palate, and seem almost candied. This is followed by notes of caramel, almond and Poire Belle Hélène. The finish is persistent, and reveals a mineral, almost iodized note. In short, this cuvée makes us feel all the uniqueness that the plot can provide.
HOW TO ENJOY IT
A promising wine, whose delicacy will match perfectly with a chicken supreme with lemon confit, or a steamed white fish served with an orange and mandarin sabayon sauce.
