As soon as you receive your Champagne , keep it in a dry place ,protected from heat and light .
Take care to always have a bottle laid in your fridge so as to drink (moderatly for sure ..) it with your guests and friends at the perfect temperature of 5/8°C.

Started on , you can conserve for couple of days your bottle without degassing with the help of our Hermetic cap,very useful ( do not hesitate to ask for it for every order more than 12 bottles).

An Advice: Never drink Champagne with Chocolate! The acidity of the wine is in total rupture with the sweet and smooth bitterness of the latter.
